Associate Pastor

The Associate Pastor will be a warm, personable, and energetic leader who is passionate about seeing people know Jesus and making Jesus known. They will be an experienced pastor, of outstanding character, with strengths in Bible teaching, leadership development and evangelistic endeavour. Under the guidance of the Lead Pastor they will help lead the congregation, with upfront visibility on Sunday and midweek gatherings, and be entrusted with oversight and management of specific ministry areas.
The Associate Pastor will be based at City on a Hill Melbourne East, report to the Lead Pastor, and work closely with the team of pastors and staff. This is a full-time role, with flexible work conditions available.

Since our inception in Melbourne in 2007, we have witnessed a special work of God’s grace as he has united hundreds of men and women around the mission of ‘knowing Jesus and making Jesus known’. City on a Hill now meets across ten locations in six cities.
In 2017, City on a Hill planted in Melbourne’s east, and since then this location has grown to be a thriving church that is continuing to know Jesus and make Jesus known.
