Lisa Brown
Lecturer in Youth Ministry & Coordinator of CYCM
Lisa moved to Melbourne in 2000 to pursue her dream of becoming a convertible driving, business woman. She commenced a Bachelor of Information Systems at Melbourne University and also decided to join a local church and get involved in the youth ministry.
Over the next three years her dreams of becoming rich and successful in business completely changed as she grew in her knowledge of, and love for Jesus. These days Lisa is passionate about helping young people to be transformed by the ever-active Word of God.
After working in youth ministry in a number of roles around Melbourne, Lisa commenced work as a Tutor in the Centre for Youth and Children's Ministry at Ridley Melbourne in 2008. At the end of 2009 she completed her MDiv and was appointed as a lecturer in youth ministry and member of faculty.
Lisa is married to Phil who works as an Assistant Minister.
Hobbies & Interests
Becoming the next Masterchef Australia, writing worship music, googling, painting, looking at the clouds and walking her dog on the beach with her husband Phil.
